Greece to tap debt markets with a new 10-year bond

ssuming EUR4bn new issuance, a pick-up in T-bills issuance (raising the stock back to EUR12.5bn vs cEUR10.5bn in March) and a Covid-19 budget cost to the tune of EUR12bn, the State coffers could end 2020 at cEUR30bn, providing ample resources for weathering the crisis.
