Galaxy Cosmos Mezz received coupon payments of €1.2 million in October from the medium-term notes issued by Galaxy IV Funding DAC.

Based on regular investor updates, the following information is provided regarding Galaxy Cosmos Mezz PLC (the “Company”):

1. In October 2025, the Company received coupon payments of €1.2 million from the medium senior bonds issued by Galaxy IV Funding DAC.
2. 2. In order to enhance market disclosures, the Company has updated its file with all financial information that has been provided to the Company in relation to the senior unsecured bonds of the Cosmos, Galaxy II, Galaxy IV, and Orion securitizations (collectively, the “Securitization Transactions”), which can be found on the Company’s website.
